It's also the home of the UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball
team and the annual National Finals Rodeo, considered
the Super Bowl of Rodeos. When the facility was completed
in 1983, there were two main goals -- to put on more
than 100 diverse events and bring in more than one million
visitors each year. Today, with its roster of family
fare and public speakers in addition to major sports
and entertainment shows, Thomas & Mack sees more
than 250 distinct events with 15 million visitors annually.
Further establishing itself as a world-class event destination,
the facility also boasts 30 luxury VIP seats, and is
a short five-minute trip from both the Strip and McCarran
Airport.
